We process data you provide voluntarily: your name, contact details (phone or e-mail) and the content of a message sent through the feedback form. We use them solely to handle your request and to reply to you.

The basis for processing is your consent and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR), for example replying to submitted feedback.

Booking appointments

Appointment booking is handled by the external Booksy system, which processes data in line with its own privacy policy.

Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to technical service providers (hosting, form handling) only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.

Retention period

We keep data for as long as necessary to handle your request and then until any potential claims become time-barred.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
